Superb, lots of memories rekindled, dedicated and helpful volunteers.

Today 25th October we visited your wonderful museum.
We were given a quided tour by volunteer Gette,and what a great lady,full of interesting knowledge about the exhibits and the history of the area.
It was a worthwhile visit,so interesting and the volunteers are amazing

The visit was thoroughly enjoyed by all , sparking many a childhood memory from all too many decades ago ! There is something to see for everyone at this fantastic centre . Very Interesting Collection

A great Selection of Fire Appliances

I went with my 2 kids aged 8 and 12 who both loved it. We were given a tour by Gette who was so knowledgeable and even kept the interest of my youngest for about 2 hours! There is so much crammed into this place and the kids absolutely loved climbing on board the tractors and fire engines for photos. Gette was so kind and patient, she definitely gets a 10/10 from us! Anyone not sure about visiting should definitely give it a go, we stayed for 2 hours but could probably have gone round a second time and still found more to look at. Will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Gette and Jim for a fantastic visit!

Visited the Heritage Centre after finding out about it on Facebook. Superb displays of vehicles, machinery and memorabilia meticulously maintained and organised by very helpful informative staff. Looking forward to a revisit in the near future.
